Terms & Conditions

By signing up for any of Colourful Journeys programmes, you accept the following terms & conditions:

Registration & Class Booking

  • To make inquiries or enroll, please via contact us via email at www.colourful-journeys.com/contact or WhatsApp at +65 8170 4577.
  • We will respond within 48 hours upon receiving your details.
  • We respect your privacy and will use your information only as permitted.
  • No registration fee is required for classes.

Payment Policy

  • Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full prior to the delivery of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment Methods:
    1. PAYNOW: Send to UEN 53497976M
    2. Bank Transfer: DBS Bank, Account Name: Xiaolei Lu, Account Number: 074-2-026 659, SWIFT code: DBSSSGSG.
  • Overseas Payments: All transfer fees are the responsibility of the payer.
  • Payment Details: Colourful Journeys Education Centre, Customer Name, Invoice Number
  • Late Payment: A late fee of 5% per month will be added to overdue invoices. Accounts overdue by more than 14 days may face service suspension until payment is received.
  • Disputes: Report any invoice discrepancies within 3 days from the invoice date by contacting contact@colourful-journeys.com.
  • Currency: All invoices are in SGD.
  • Service Delivery: Services are provided as per the invoice or contract.
  • Additional Fees: Additional fees may apply, e.g. material, transportation (home visit surcharge), weekend / holiday surcharge, etc.

Cancellation & Replacement Classes

  • Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made in advance. No refunds for completed services unless specified in the agreement.
  • Late Cancellations: Notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $30 late cancellation fee. If online cancellation fails, notify us via contact@colourful-journeys.com or WhatsApp at +65 8170 4577.
  • Replacement Classes: Transferable to friends and family with our agreement.
  • Camp Refunds: Issued for cancellations made in writing at least 14 days before the camp start date.
  • No Refunds: For cancellations 7 days or less before the start date.

Package Ownership

  • Usage: Packages are non-refundable, non-extendable, and cannot be shared, except for buddy share packages. If the buyer is sick or traveling for over 7 days, the package may be put on hold with supporting documentation.
  • Expiry: Unused credits will be void after the package validity period.

Promotions

  • Eligibility: Valid when using discount codes during promotional periods.
  • Non-Transferable: Promotions are non-transferable and non-returnable.

Class Etiquette

  • Timeliness: Arrive at least 5 minutes early; new students should arrive 15 minutes early. Enter quietly if late.
  • Peacefulness: Turn off phones and electronic devices. Respect the silence before and during class.
  • Respect: Follow instructions and be open to new practices.

Privacy Concerns

  • We do not rent, sell, or exchange your personal information with third parties unless required by law or with your consent.

Liability

  • Colourful Journeys Education Centre is not liable for injuries or accidents. By participating, you release Colourful Journeys Education Centre, its owners, and staff from any liability for loss, damage, injury, or death.
