At the heart of the emblem, the three green leaves of the Tree of Potential symbolise the centre’s coaching philosophy and methodology:

The Trunk and Roots – Our Foundation
- The trunk and roots of the Tree of Potential are formed by the initials ‘C’ and ‘J’ (Colourful Journeys) in deep blue.
- This deep blue colour aligns with the SDG 17 of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals – Partnerships for the Goals, representing collaboration, shared impact, and collective progress.
